I booked a “wash and tidy” and right from the start Zara was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I wasn’t sure what to expect as my puppy had not been exposed to a groomer before but can honestly say how impressed and thankful I am for the care and service that Zara provided. And Winnie was so happy and playful when I picked her up, she had a great time. I’ve found an amazing groomer for my Winnie and we’ll definitely be coming back. Can’t recommend highly enough.
